Penonomé #00112

“Penonomé” is the name of the dry-processed coffee lot and the name of the Panamanian region where the Canephora of the BRS2314 variety was produced by Kiva Estate. 

The region is not known for coffee, neither in Panamá nor on the world coffee stage. This is about to change! Despite its low altitude of only 450 meters above sea level, the pioneers of Kiva Estate produced an excellent coffee here. The fantastic Natural Canephora is intended to show that Penonomé as a region also deserves a firm place in the specialty coffee world. Thus, the coffee can make a statement for Penonomé, for Panamá, and for Canephora specialty coffee.
